This cast-iron griddle is made in the USA and is built to last. At about 14 pounds it can be a little heavy to lug around, but this heavy duty griddle can handle the heat and just about any abuse that comes it's way.
Versatile
Being reversible gives this griddle plenty of versatility too. Flat on one-side for pancakes, eggs, bacon, etc and a raised grill on the other side for making grill marked burgers and meats.
