<description><![CDATA[<p>My wife and I have been making mac and cheese for years, over time we found that several of the popular brands</p><p>just did not melt properly, every time we found a cheese that worked, soon after it did not melt properly. after reading about the issues with shredded cheese, I have come to the conclusion to save time and money, the cheese producers are only making one batch of a certain type cheese instead of 2, one batch to shred that has the additives and one without the additives.</p>]]></description>
